INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (SINGAPORE)
Free international shipping for Singapore for orders above RM350
Standard international shipping (RM60) for Singapore orders below RM350
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (SEA REGION)
Free international shipping for SEA countries for orders above RM350
(Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Philippines, Myanmar).
Standard international shipping for SEA countries (RM80) for orders below RM350.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (REST OF THE WORLD)
Standard international shipping (RM180) for orders below RM500.
Can I change my shipping option?
Please email us at support@pestlemortarclothing.com and provide us with your order number and delivery address.
When will I get my order?
For Malaysian orders, the delivery time would take approximately 3-4 working days. An additional 1-2 working days is required for deliveries to East Malaysia or rural addresses.
For Southeast Asian orders, the delivery time would take approximately 3-5 working days.
For other International orders, the shipping time would take approximately 8-10 working days and may go up to 20 business days. When international orders shipped reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Any customs or import duties that may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We suggest that you contact accept returns on parcels where customers do not want to pay customs. Please clarify these charges before placing your order with us.
